# Habilitar Rocketchat

Nesta página você ativa ou desativa o acesso ao Rocket.Chat para todos os agentes do tenant. Quando habilitado, o Rocket.Chat aparece no menu lateral da plataforma para toda a equipe.

**Pré-requisito:** o Super Administrador precisa ter configurado um servidor Rocket.Chat antes de ativar esta integração. Se nenhuma configuração estiver disponível, um aviso será exibido nesta tela — solicite ao Super Admin que realize a configuração em **App Rocket.Chat**.

#### Como acessar

No painel administrativo, acesse **Configurações → Integrações → Rocket.Chat**.

#### Campos da integração

| Campo                     | Descrição                                                           |
| ------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Habilitar Rocket.Chat** | Exibe o Rocket.Chat no menu lateral para todos os agentes do tenant |
